JIT Guard provides temporary AWS console access management via Slack and other integration methods ("the Service"). Use of the Service is subject to these terms.
Access to the Service is billed monthly on a subscription basis. Plans and pricing are published on our website. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
We offer a 3-month free trial with no payment information required. At the end of the trial period, access will be suspended until a valid payment method is provided. Trial terms may be modified at our discretion.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your data will be retained per our retention policy and deleted within 30 days. We provide a data export option for audit logs upon request.
We target 99.9% uptime but do not offer service credits at the Starter or Growth tiers. Custom SLAs may be negotiated for Enterprise plans. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
JIT Guard is designed for emergency access management. We are not liable for damages resulting from unauthorised access, delayed access, or failure to revoke access where the underlying AWS Identity Center API is unavailable or misconfigured.
We implement tenant isolation via IAM session policies and application-layer enforcement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Slack workspace credentials and AWS Identity Center configuration.
